I need my profile to be updated on ITC as i am tired of calling the call centre and i get is empty promise from the consultants..
Pauline was not helpful at all with my complaint i think she is the worst i spoke to out of all the agents she couldn't even listen to what i was saying to her..
I have been trying to find out why my profile is not updated on ITC since May 2011 and nothing is happening all i am told is that it will be done in 21 days and now its almost a year.
My account is paid in Full and i demand my ITC payment profile to be updated asap
