On sunday my debit card was cloned I reported the incident on monday 25/03/2013 to the standard bank division I was told that I would get a call within 3 days! I haven't received any feedback whatsoever!! If this is the type of service I get when one's acc has been cloned (hacked) then I will remove my acc and go elsewhere, all I want is feedback and an update of what's going.as a client I must still chase after them to find ot what's going please phone me urgently!
