Standard Bank not helpful after card was cloned

My card must have cloned at some stage and all my money was taken from my account.

Standard Bank promised me an outcome on the matter after 10 business days, but until now I had to spend even more money on phoning them to try and resolve this matter. Today is already the 16th business day after I have reported the incident.

Each time I call they escalate the matter and the last time a person named Hoosain promised me that I would get feedback within 72 hours. 72 hours went by and again I heard nothing from them.

As a customer I had faith in Standard Bank to protect my money, but they weren't able to do that. I understand that there are plenty of smart hackers and out there, but why do they have to take so long to conclude this matter and why don't they keep their promises?
