Dear Natasha and Crystal

This is a special thank you for the excellent service I have received from you ladies after the bad experience with your call centre. Natasha thank you for always updating me after Crystal handed me over to you, you are a good example of what customer service is, you must teach the rest of your colleagues there and I hope that I did not receive such good service because of my complaint here, I would like to believe that all the your clients are happy the same way I am. It is important to update the client all the time whether you are telling good or bad news, what matters is somebody cared enough to let you know. I am overwhelmed with your service and I am hoping that budget appreciates you as well and award you.

I wasnt happy with the service received from Rent A car (the manager) but it was concluded nicely. I am tired of fighting and therefore I am going to let go of the report from your assesor, i do not have the energy to go through what I went through.

Ladies once again your service and efficiency is highly appreciated from the depth of my heart. May bless you for doing your Job with pride.
