I recently had my debit card cloned and monies were withdrawn from my account. I immediately phoned the bank and began the process of stopping all my cards and instituting a claim. the debit card division kept in contact via SMS and the call centre. At the onset they said it would take 10 working days to investigate and report back to me. True to their word they reported back and the R 9 200.00 was deposited back into my account. I am honestly impressed with with this division and the professional way in which they dealt with my claim. I have a restored trust in this institution.
