I was contacted on saterday by standard bank division. My ref is 6122869.My card was cloned and R500 has been used from my cheque acc. I was told that it will take up to 7 working days for me to get a new card. How am I suppose to access my funds during this time? Pay day is on the 25th and I have acc's to pay! Also I want my R500 to be reimbursed immediately into my account. This acc is not more than 2 weeks old. I have moved from Absa to Std bank and this is not a good way to start off! FNB gives you a new card immediately! I would like feedback immediately with regards to my new card and my R500!!! I was advised by your consultant at the division on sat that if I dont hear from you, I should call you to see what is going on... IS THIS HOW MUCH YOU VALUE YOUR CLIENTS? If this is th case, reimburse my money and cancel my card, I will switch to FNB! CALL ME ON 011 7639136!!!
