Im utterly disgusted with the lack of customer non service i received from std back. on the 25th of Sep my card was cloned, ma overdraft limit could not be increased because of of my score, 34 days later i have not received any update from standard bank. I need to pay rent where i stay, my kids had to walk to school because of this inconvinience. I understand dat standardbank cannot control customers cards being cloned, but this has taken time to resolve. These are peoples lifes that yall are playing with. Im a single parent and everything falls on ma shoulders. Please tel me when i will received my money so i can pay rent.
