I contacted ABSA's call centre this morning after waiting on hold for 20 min I got through to a consultant. I questioned what the bank charges on my statement was and she could not explain this to me. She then gave me another number and asked me to contact the pricing department. I called this department and was once again on hold for another 20 min. So i was on hold for 40 min and nothing is resolved!!!
