I attempted to withdraw R2000-00 at the ATM at the Glen shopping centre and i even received the sms stating the withdrawal of the money however the system then cancelled the transaction. I immediately contacted Standard Bank and had to go through to the line as no other offices are open at this time on a Saturday.
The consultant informed me that there is a national problem with Standard Bank at the moment and that i must now go to the branch on Monday to resolve this issue.
Who is going to pay me for my time off to resolve your problem in the first place?
My account now reflects R2000-00 less when i never received the money, what if i was a person who only had a balance of R2000-00 and required all of it now?
Standard Bank, you owe me R2000-00 that your system indicates i received but never due to a faulty transaction. I can't believe the poor systems in place at Standard Bank.
When am i going to get my money back?
