All I want is my money to be back into my Account!

On Saturday 26/10/2013 my debit card was swiped at Emerald Casino Resort at the cash desk for an amount of R2000. The slip that came out kept on saying daily limit exceeded so I never got the money. On Sunday when I withdrew money, I went to the lady at the Emerald that helped me on the Saturday and told her that the R2000 went off my account and showed my bank statement. On 2013/10/28 at around 08h00 she spoke to someone at Standard Bank and phoned me back as they also did not receive the money. She ensured me that they traced the money and agreed that it was Standard Bank's mistake and they will put the money back into my account. Now more that 30 hours later, money still not in my account. So I phoned Standard bank and I am told it will take approx 21 days for refund. NOT HAPPENING! I want my money in my account as I need this money to feed my son!!!
