On saturday 25/01/2014 i received an sms that R2000.00 has been transferred from my account, I immedialtely logged on to my internet banking but it didnt show who the money was trasnferred to, I called their customer care and the consultant told me that it has been transferred to my old loan account which has been handed over to attorneys,
I want to know who gave them the authority to just take money from my account without my authorisation, R2000.00 is alot of money, how am I going to survive through out the month with R2000.00 short,
Is standard bank not supposed to contact me and make an arrangement, and how many arrangements am I supposed to make? do i make it with Standardbank and their attorneys aswell,
I want my money back, this is not the 1st time this bank does this to me,
I hate standard bank, I hate it, I hate it,
This morning i Got an sms from their attorneys to make another arrangement, what the is going on, i want my money back, I need to pay school transport and fees for my kids I need that money back, we can make another arrangement that i will be able to afford however i want that money back.
