Bank Charges

I'm constantly dissapointed with FNB, when I opened my cheque account with them I specifically told them I get paid on the last day of the month bt constantly they take their bank charges on the 24th of the month, its inconvenient for me and I've complained before and they apologise and undertook to rectify that mistake but to date they still do the same thing. Their actions sometimes leaves me with a negative balance or upset my budget for the month, I'm really unhappy about this
