In March i made a withdrawal of R2000 and i never received my card and money, i went to the alberton branch to report the issue and i was told it will take 9 working days for the matter to be resolved, even today i never received my money or a call from Standard Bank. Ref number : 52444042
Again Yesterday I made another withdrawal of R2000 from Ellis Park and it just gave back my card but no money, i called 0800020600 with my 0110744437 number around 16h20 and i was told to wait the until the machine is rebooted and if the transaction is not reversed then i should go to the bank.

THIS IS NOT ON, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SURVIVE IF STANDARD BANK WILL KEEP ON TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK. I NEED THIS ISSUE TIO BE RESOLVED TODAY PLEASE.
