On 2nd Oct'13 I sent my husband to withdraw my money from my STD Bank account at Daku Road. He was still waiting for the option to select the type of account after punching the pin number I received a sms saying I have withdraw R2000. I immediately requested him to inset a stop card and he received a receipt confirming that the card has been stopped. I received another sms saying I have withdrawn R730 and my balance is R1, bear in mind my limit is R2000.I opened a case and went to KwaDwesi Branch & have been requested to report the insident via telephone and promised to be contacted. Yesterday I went back to the Branch and have been advised that this is and they are unable to refund me because my card was retained by machine. I kept my money in Bank because I believed is the safest place but not with STD Bank. I will not give up until I get my money before closing my account with your useless Bank. So far I have more than 3 people I know who have been robbed at STD and I will make sure that I do not live this here until I get money back and tell citizens that their money is not safe with STD
