Poor response time and long costly calls /breach

Coulnt get my claim done till a week later as call center costed too much and took tooo long on hold.
After a month of lodging the claim I had not received any feedback from miway. When l called in I was told they couldnt get a hold of the police station to verify the accident report.
I was told this week that my chana star would be written off. I asked for any other way to keep my vehicle and get it repaired. I was told I could sign a disclaimer and they would pay me a percentage of the amount. I then received the disclaimer which stated I will not be able to take advantage of a courtesy vehicle which I pay for on this policy. I did a claim on the same vehicle in august 2013, signed a disclaimer and had the use of a courtesy car. I was on the fone today for a little over an hour (a call which cost over R150 and was eventually told a manager can sort out my problem then I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then I cut the call.i sent through 2 mails and left a mesage for francina at 10 am and got a returncall at 16 50 today. There is alot more to say but I willlimit it. I would like to send my vehicle in to panel beating asap but I need a courtesy vehicle which I pay fo
