I have reported my vehicle being in involved in an accident to MIWAY on the 5 november 2013, MIWAY asked for two pictures of the damages, to which I sent. Couple of days later they responded saying what's the cost of the damages and to whom I should send my vehicle to, however I did ask them if I can send my vehicle to one of my panel beaters, they stated I mus sign a disclaimer form and fax it to them. I did everthing asked by them n faxed it on 7 december 2013, and till this date I never got any reply from them. When I called MIWAY numerous times I was always put on hold, and when I did get through, there agents stated they will get BERNICE BOSCH to call me, she never did and I have left voice mails for even sent her an email, no respond. If they pull out there records to see how many times I have called n left messages, it will show there agents don't no what they doing, because I was told the number I sent the fax to was incorrect and when asked what's the fax number the agent did not no it, but yet on the disclaimer form it shows what number to fax it to
