My vehicle was towed to the panel beater on 28 March 2013 for assessment after hitting a pothole. Until today I never received any feedback from Miway about the damages on the vehicle and when the vehicle will be ready. The person who is handling my claim is always not available when I call his office. When I call the Miway helpline I'm told that they will give him a message to call me but he never call me. Sometimes I will hold the line until my phone when off without any reply. The time I was taking the insurance from Miway I was told that they take 2 days to approve a claim but now is the different story. My claim number is c445734. I need to know what going on with my car and will I get it back.
