My partner and I have separately applied for debt review in 2010, we have not missed one payment since then. Every month the debit order goes off on our respective accounts and the NPDA pay's our creditors. But up until now we have not received a court date from CA, we were both asked to fill out forms for various lawyers several times but nothing came of it.By now we should have almost been debt free, but CA has caused more damage than good. Some creditors have already sent us lawyers letters and cancelled the debt review due to no court date. We complained and begged CA for assistance but no one there replies to e-mail, returns phone calls or bother's to assist at all. One feels totally helpless. They made empty promises all the those years ago about helping the consumer, what a load of bull s, I regret ever using their service! Stay away from this pathetic company who knows nothing about service! I want feedback from someone, I want to know when our case will be taken to court and why the it is taking so many years??? PATHETIC!
