On 7 AUGUST 2013 I had an Accident and my car was towed in. 1 week later ONLY they declared my car to be written off. I received a courtesy vehicle - for 30 days. I cannot sit without a vehicle to get to work with - I WILL LOSE MY JOB. All because Quicksure is STAGNANT and incapable of sorting the matter out within 30 days! Surely it doesn't take that long to either pay out the insured amount when the car is declared written off! ALL DOCS THEY REQUESTED WERE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE FIRST SIX DAYS OF MY CLAIM. NOW WHO IS SITTING ON THEM? I have not ONCE received a call from ANYBODY at quicksure to give me an update on the progress, and when I called I realised there were no progress!
IN THE MEANTIME THE CLOCK IS TICKING AWAY MY COURTESY VEHICLE!
ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW - AND STILL NOTHING FROM QUICKSURE!
I APPROACHED THEM, RONEL TAS, TO ASK FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE COURTESY VEHICLE SEEING THAT THEY ARE TAKING SO EXCESSIVELY LONG!
I WILL LOSE MY JOB WITHOUT A VEHICLE! ENDANGERING ME FINANCIALLY! LOSS OF WORK = LOSS OF INCOME!!!
BESIDES - I HAVE PAID ALMOST R7000 IN TOTAL FOR THIS SERVICE SINCE I JOINED - IT AIN'T NO COURTESY!
I DEMAND EXTENSION! OR I WILL GO FURTHER!
