POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I am unhappy with the duration my claim has been taking with regards to getting my vehicle repaired, I submitted a claim on the 8/06/2013 and my vehicle was sent to the chosen panel beater on the same day. The panel beaters then received authorisation to work on the vehicle only on the 24/06/2013 which has caused a big delay as they already had the car for more than 2 weeks, the panel beaters then had to order parts and received them on the 03/07/2013 then have been telling me that my vehicle in line for panel beating. Yesterday after having called them several times it seemed they had started with the vehicle and was given projected completion time to be on the 24/07/2013, this will then be a full 2 months while I only had the courtesy car for 30days which I had to return yesterday 08/07/2013. This has now inconvenienced me a lot as there was a delay from my insurance and now the panel beaters, my insurance knows that I only have the vehicle for a certain number of days and should therefore push to try get the vehicle done before the expiry date. This is my first complain to my insurance as I've never had one before but only compliments.
