I had a car accident on July the 04th at Free State, I reported the accident emmidetely with Miway and the matter was attended to but as per my contract state that if the incident happend outside the place where i stay the accomodation has to be arranged for me, that din't happened and i had to arrange for a alternative transport to come and pick me and my up of which was about 250km from where we where and it cost me about R500.00
The towing company was arranged by Miway to tow my vehicle to the panel beater of their choice, the problem is till today i don't have my vehicle back and everytime i enqure about it Miway refers me to the Ladysmith Panel beatings, everytime i call the panel beating they say they are still waiting for the spares. the days courtesy car expired my Miway says if i need the courtesy car it has to be from my aown account.
It has been more than a month now without a car and i am afraid it will be more than that, we are using public transport to take my 4year child to school and also for us to go to work.
Please help us out
