I had an appointment tment for 9:30 to see Sr Qiba I've been sitting and waiting almost 2 hours and when I asked the receptionist she was so arrogant people came way after me but went in before me
So I would like to understand what the purpose of an appointment is if people get treated like this I am also a paying patient but I am very upset due to the level of treatment I received at this hospital this has been my doctor for the past 4 years and all of a sudden this is how I get treated at his surgery I am so annoyed and will take this further with any radio station or news paper regarding this treatment
