Poor Turnaround on Claim

Claim Number:438419. I submitted a claim for an accident a week ago and have been dealing with a lady by the name of Mariette Nothnagel (Claims Department). After the accident, my car was taken to MiWay's storage yard in Pretoria to be inspected. It's been a week now and my car has still not been inspected. I've been calling on a daily basis to find out what progress has been made. I'm not even sure if my claim has been approved or how long it will take to fix the car. The other party in the accident had their vehicle inspected the day after the accident - She is with Outsurance, which leaves me asking myself if I'm with the right insurer. Now my problem at the moment is that all these delays will result in the time I have on the courtesy car provided expiring. I have a ten day period on the courtesy car, and this was deliberately done as I'd assumed it shouldn't take longer than that to action a claim process and have it resolved. I want to know what's causing the delay to inspect my vehicle and who's fault is it now that the duration of the courtesy car is soon to expire, before the inspection is even completed. I'm highly disappointed with the service I've received!!!
