Disclaimer trouble

I reported the claim on the 11th of February and I was told by Warren after all this time only on Thursday 28th that my claim has finally been validated and my car was taken to Precision Autobody on Friday, why it took 16days to validate is a mystery. This Morning because I had to return my rental vehicle I asked a claims consultant called Moubridge about the disclaimer and was told i could take this option and given the amounts. When I called back to give him details to be e-mailed the form i was told neither him nor Warren nor his manager were available numerous times until i got a call back from Warren stating that he cannot give me the disclaimer option because the panel beater has already ordered the parts this will all take about 3-4weeks to sort out and my own panel beater says he could fix it in a week and give me a courtesy vehicle which Precision auto can't provide. I cant be prejudiced for their miss-information and incompetence. The disclaimer entails that I can make it to work and back in the meantime and have my car fixed by next week Tuesday. I refuse to loose my job or have to take leave for the long weeks that this is going to take this service provider of theirs.
