Got personal loan from nedbank, after realizing that the balance is not moving, I realised their insurence which was never even explained to me, was 2 high. I got my own insurence and went inside bank at the groove branch, Josiah the rep gave me the fax and tel number I must call because there in no email that he can give me to email my insurence documents. 1st time I called was given email [Email Removed] bounced back a few times, no luck, called the number again I was given insurenceclaimsqueries@ [URL Removed] bounced back 3 times, called the number now annoyed, then I'm greeted with an attitude of nedbank personal loans reps. I called the numbers on my loan documents I was referred to the same helpless no. I faxed my documents. And called, I was told the documents has not been received. The impression I get is that they still want to milk my R529 each month as insurence when I can pay only R 114 elsewhere. All this too time. Incl my time to write to hello Peter. Now I understand why they are called scrupulous loan, and they employ @ their front desk with perfect attitude that is not helpful to customers.
