I sent through all of the required documents from a Nedbank Branch for the retrenchment cover on my account protection plan for my personal loan on the 29/07/2013, I've called in numerous times for feedback only to be told they have the information and will get back to me, and I never hear back. I just want to know how far in the claim is in the claim process and when I can expect feedback on the outcome of the claim. The only communication I have received thus far is an SMS when they received the documents. Terrible customer service.
