Shocking Service

Last year I approached my business manager at Nedbank for a specific service. I was required to gather pages and pages of documents - which I did at great cost from my accountant. Since September last year I have been trying to get an appointment with the business manager to secure the facility that I am trying to apply for. I have emailed all the necessary documents - which he acknowledged. However I have had to call numerous times to check on the progress and also to try and secure an appointment. Up to now I have had no response from the bank manager who hasn't given me the time of day at all! I then went into a branch and explained the situation to customer care and gave my details and was assured that there would be follow up - to date nothing!!! Five months later I still haven't had a meeting with the bank manager or even a phone call. Come on Nedbank is this your service or must I take my business to another institution!!
