Ask once? yeah right!!!

So i would like to cancel the credit life policy as i think its WAAAAAY too much for a personal loan. i get referred to 0861566211 and a person called Frank answers the call... his whole attitude suggests that he DOES not want to assist.
He babbled on about what documents i need to get them in order to cancel the overpriced policy and i asked him to email the list of documents to him. he refused!!! (can you believe that!!!)
he said that if he sends me an email, it would be as if he wants me to cancel...??? really??? my call to you to ask you to cancel is not enough for NEDBANK to know i would like to cancel? then he didnt have my email address? really?? the loan account that sends me the statements via EMAIL does not have my address???
Apparently he will be emailing me... lets wait on that!!!

Apparently his line manager is Nicole Pressdee... i wonder if that is even true...

All i want is the over priced credit life policy cancelled!!!
