Nedbank Personal Loan Department

I had personal loan with Nedbank and was settled by Capitec Bank. A debit order of R193.75 went off my Capitec account 26 July 2013 after the personal was fully settled and closed. I went to the Branch in Tygervalley and they send me to one of their telephones to call the Personal Loans Department. I was asked by the Personal Loan department last week Saturday to email settlement letter to [Email Removed] which I did and is still waiting. I want my money to be credited back into my account immediately. My id number is 8405035170086.
