On the 30 July 2013, I accidentally paid money into my closed Nedbank personal loan account through internet transfer, I went to Nedbank Sandown Branch to report the matter to my surprise I was told that, I must call the call centre because they are not responsible for that, I called the call centre and I was given email address to send proof of payment to, of which I did, after sending the email with all necessary documents, I called to confirm if they have received my email. I was told that I should wait for a consultant to call me. Today is the 14 of October and I am still waiting for the call. I need my refund urgently.
