Still no response from FNB after they ruined ITC

Last year September FNB froze my bank account for which was not the case. after 3 weeks of battling with them the freeze was lifted and I was found to have done nothing wrong. In this time my debit orders and payments were unable to go off. This affected my credit score significantly and people could nt pay me. I also had my phone locked and none of my clients could contact me. I asked FNB to rectify all they had done and sort out my additional charges. They never ever got back to me after many formal email complaints. I spoke directly with the investigator MR Tyrone Gounder who gave me snooty remarks and said well take it further then. i asked for simple answers as to a case number to have my account locked and under what act it was frozen and got nothing. I'm still suffering from what FNB did and still not even a peep from them. I refuse to use my FNB account and will not put any money into it and want it closed immediately. I also want to know how they are going to fix what they did and if they plan not to then let me know so I can take this to the ombudsman and consumer protector. I hope to get more tun a silly copy paste email from you this time.
