NO COMMUNICATION!!

I went into FNB in Randridge Mall today to close my account as I never use it. I was told by the gentleman there that my account had been closed as it was dormant. It was an amount of R252.00 which is not the issue They said this money had been written off but I said I would pay it in case it affected my credit score. I should have been notified of this. I opened my account months ago specifically for e bucks. To this day I have not received an e backs card incidentally. The money is not the issue, the issue is that I was hounded by FNB to open an account which I did and then no one has the decency to call me to tell me it's been closed and money owing. The gentleman who helped me at the bank said this is a complaint of many clients. I am in the process of buying my third property and I sincerely hope that this has NOT affected my credit scoring. BAD SERVICE FNB
