FNB they cannot help you!!!

In December 2010 money was deposited into my bank account, my account was frozen, their was a case opened at the police station and the case was with drawn in 2012, my bank account remains frozen i have gotten number of letters stating that the case was resolved and that the money was given back to the clients, it is now 3 years later and after numerous visits to the bank, phone calls to the lady dealing with this they have still not unblocked my account!! i wasn't even at fault the money was put into my account mistakenly. Lorraine Carr the Admin Manager in fourways where my account is held was not even interested in assisting and kept stating she did not put the hold on the account. FNB is absolutely ridiculous do not ever bank with them, even though my account was frozen they still were collecting their monthly fee!! All i want is my bank account unfrozen and my money!! I mean out of my own pocket i had paid these people back their money while FNB sits with their money in my frozen account
