I was sent a letter from FNB's lawyer for an outstanding credit debt and agreed to pay the outstanding amount back instalments over the next few months. The first debt order went off without hassle until the middle of the following month when the lawyers started debating my account on days not agreed and then having FNB taking money from my account without informing me and then putting back money the money into my account, so I ended up with the lawyer taking debiting my account and FNB for the same debt. When asking for statements from FNB there is no response, why do you have any email service! When asking their lawyers for statements there is no response. Emailing FNB gets nowhere, so now I have no proof the money is being paid towards the debt or how much is still outstanding.
