FNB wrongfully freezes account and now wont pay

On Monday the 23rd of September I went to put petrol into my car only to find out I couldnt pay for it as my card was declined. I later tried to get bank statements online and couldnt log in. I called in and was told to go to a branch. I went into a branch on the Wednesday because they were closed for public holiday the Tuesday. Wednesday I sat in the bank nearly 2 hours and when helped waited another hour only to be told they could do nothing and my account was frozen. I went back to the office called in and was told to go back to the branch. this happened for 3 days. In this time my debit orders could not run nor could I access any money I also had to take time away from my clients. After 3 hello peter complaints I finally go some kind of answer and was told to get an affidavit as some money was apparently put into my account. After 3 weeks and much painful fighting my account was unlocked and there was indeed no activity on my account. While frozen none of my account were paid, my cellphone was locked, I had no access to money and incurrd alot of additional expenses. FNB Now refuses to pay any of them and says they can freeze accounts as they please.help
