FNB stuffs up again

MY FNB account has a hold placed on it. Apparently its because of the reference used by the person who deposited the money. I was told I just have to go into the bank to get it lifted. I spent 2 hours at the bank walked out with my account still locked. Ontop of all this I get paid tonight and all my debit orders need to run off tomorrow. I am also busy applying for a vehicle and should my debits not run it will be affected. I also have to now take off additional time to sort this, costing me money. I need this sorted out asap. I will be closing my account and not paying anything ourstanding to FNB. this is ridiculous. I'm stranded without any money available since Monday and FNB could care. How am I supposed to do anything. I was stuck at a petrol station unable to pay because nobody bothered to inform me my account was frozen.
