Standard Bank responded to Policy Dispute with reference 7000652155 saying that it was active and that they would complete the query before 16 January 2014. The letter seems to be a form letter with no contact except their standard call centre number with no option to select regarding complaints and no option of service if none of the selections offered is appropriate. To date they have not followed up on their promise of a reply by 16 January 2014.
The e-mail is a standard "no reply to this address".
