Standard Bank does not respond to queries

My mother passed away in Aug last year, and we had a joint bond with Standard Bank. We also had an insurance on the property and I've been trying to find out what the process from Standard Bank is to resolve the matter. On 6/1/2014 at 15h45 I called the 0860 439 770 number and chose Option 2 twice. I spoke to a gentleman at the call centre by the name of Themba, and explained my case to him. He advised that the matter had been handed over to Xavier Petersen, and gave me his number 0112274739 and his email address [Email Removed] and put me through. I spoke to a lady who advised that he was busy and that I was to call in 30 mins. I tried numerous times after that, and sent him emails on 7, 8 and 9 Jan 2014, as well as called the number I was given with no success. My emails still remain unanswered, and the phone number either rings or is engaged. As a bond holder with Standard Bank I feel this is very unprofessional and look forward to someone providing me with a few answers.
