Standard Bank promised to respond to to policy Dispute with Ref. No. 7000652155 saying it is acive and they would respond by 16 January 2014 (14 days after initial complaint). I received no response and followed this up with a complaint to Hellopeter regarding Feedback/response on 21 January. I received a phone call from Standard Bank promising a response within one week. Two weeks have now passed since the telephonic promise and still no further response from STANDARD BANK. please see report regarding initial report.
