Standard Bank Treat Prestige Customers like DIRT

1. I had to drive to the bank 3 days in a row just complete a re-advance application on my access bond.
2. I didn't receive feedback as promised.
3. After the application grant and approval on 19 December 2013 Standard Bank is still not capable of telling me when the funds will be available.
4. It took Standard Bank over an hour to allocate the form I should submit in order for payment to be processed and another hour to allocate the fax number it should go to.
5. One day Standard Bank confirm they received the requested form for pay out and the next day they say they did not receive it.
6. Every time I call to follow up, Standard bank admit to being at fault, apologise and make promises they don't keep.
7. I have to follow up and spend hours on my phone to try and get results 24, 27, 28, 30, 31 Dec 2013 and 2 Jan 2014.
8. After logging an official complaint I'm informed that they will get back to me by 14 Jan 2014.
