Standard Bank Front Line Staff INCOMPETENT!!!

Hi There

I requested a settlement letter from standard bank for my vehicle that was written off about two years ago via the "Contact Us" tab on the website a MONTH ago. I was informed shortly after that my request had been forwarded to the VAF dept for processing & that it would take 3 business days to receive my doc. On the 4th day I did receive the letter but only to find it did not have the date that the account was settled so I replied to the email requesting that it show the date, to date I have not received this letter as the staff there seem to not know how to get a date that this account was paid up onto my letter. There system is apparently autogenerating this doc & can therefore not state a date, I was given a number to call to get a statement... hmmm... my reply to that was "am I not already at the dept that supposed to help me with a Vehicle Asset Finance query" to which I got no reply. After *bumping* my email to get some sort of attention/help... the whole process started again as if my query was brand new to them.

I have names, dates, emails if anyone wishes to follow up
*N.B. To this date I still do not have what I requested for from a month ago... pathetic
