Application pending for more than 1 week

I have been waiting for more than one week now for a renewal of my existing student loan (4000022563868) to be finalised!

I keep on receiving sms's that i have to submit the contract/proof of registration even though i have submitted all these documents 3 times already and the call centre agents can see these documents loaded on the FNB system!!!

After two requests logged by the call centre agents to the processing/credit department and inquire by my private banker, I am still waiting and waiting and waiting...

Bad service!
