Still no reponse from Standard Bank

I have submitted numerous enquiries via email as well as phone calls to Standard Bank regarding a payment that is being taken from my account that I would like stopped.

To date, i have had a response from your help desk saying the Card Division will be in contact, no contact received from Card Division (Query was sent on 13th of January 2014, 2nd query sent on 20th Jan, 3rd query sent on 27th Jan).

Called the card division last week (30 Jan 2014 - Ref: CRB3453), consultant (Noluthando Ngewu) sent forms to me, and requested I send them to the relevant department. Form sent to Chargeback department on 30 Jan 2014 no response received to date. Emailed consultant again on 4th of Feb, still no response.

Please can somebody at Standard Bank responded to my query, or are you not willing to assist a customer of over 10 years!
