ON THE 3 JANUARY 2013 AN AMOUNT OF R3000 WAS TAKEN OUT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BY WOOLWORTHS PAVILLION DURBAN OF WHICH I WAS UNAWARE AS AT THAT TIME I DID NOT RECEIVE SMS ON MY CELLPHONE REGARDING TRANSACTIONS GOING IN AN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. IN SEPTEMBER 2013 I HAD A QUERY WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY OLD MUTUAL AND HAD REQUESTED A BANK STATEMENT FROM CAPITEC GOING BACK TO DECEMBER 2012. WHILE I WAS CHECKING FOR MY OLD MUTUAL QUERY I CAME ACROSS THE AMOUNT OF R3000 TAKEN OUT BY WOOLWORTHS. I WAS REALLY AMAZED AT THIS TRANSACTION AS I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM BUT HAVE NEVER EVER MADE A CASH PURCHASE OF R3000 FROM THEM. I IMMEDIATELY QUERIED THIS WITH THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT WAS NEVER GIVEN A FAVOURABLE ANSWER NOT COULD WOOLWORTHS PICK THIS TRANSACTION UP ON THEIR SIDE. I THEN ASKED THEM TO REVERSE THIS AMOUNT BACK TO ME BUT THEY DECLINED. I THEN APPROACHED CAPITEC BANK AND REQUESTED THAT THEY REVERSE THE AMOUNT BUT SINCE IT WAS OVER THREE MONTHS SINCE THE TRANSACTION THEY COULD NOT DO IT AN THEY SUGGESTED THAT SINCE IT CLEARLY SHOWS ON MY BANK STATEMENT THAT THE AMOUNT WAS TAKEN AS A PURCHASE BY WOOLWORTHS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND MUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE FAILED PLSE
