DUPLICATION (DEDUCTION OF LOAN PAYMENT)

On the 03/08/13 I requested for a multi-loan of R2000.00 at Capitec ATM - Cresta Mall, I accepted the repayment amount (R2273.00) & date (30/08/13) & withdrew the amount the same day. On the 20/08/13 I made cash payment of R1400.00 at the Capitec Eastgate Mall branch into the multi-loan to reduce the amount due for the 30/08/13, with the outstanding amount to be taken from my salary on the 30/08/13. On the 29/08/13 I requested for a multi-loan of R2100.00 from Capitec ATM at Fourways Crossing, I accepted the repayment amount (R2573.00) and date (30/09/13), on withdrawal the ATM gave me an error message -TRANSACTION CANCELLED
On the 31/08/13 I went to Capitec bank Fourways Crossing to withdraw R2000.00. The message printed out on the slip was - INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. I entered the bank to inform them & showed the slip transactions. Unfortunately, the system at the branch was off-line and they could not assist. The next day I went to Capitec Bank (Fourways Crossing) & the bank's headquarter was contacted, but the response to my query on why R14000.00 was taken off from my account twice since I had made an earlier payment of R14000.00 on the 20/08/13 was not satisfactory to me. PLS HELP
