4 DAYS AGO A BURST GEYSER AT MY TENANT'S HOME WAS REPORTED AND A CLAIM PUT IN. a REP HAS BEEN TO THE HOUSE TO ASSESS THE SITUATION AND THEREAFTER NO RESPONSE FROM VIRGIN INSURANCE TODAY . I have now spent half an hour in total on the phone trying to get someone to assist - because i have to hold on sooo long, i keep getting cut off and having to re-dial, re-tell the story and keep holding. Come now guys - my tenants have been without hot water for 5 days - how many more days do they have to wait??? You're quick to take the premiums but not so quick to give service. and guess what, I'm still holding - this call is now on 9 minutes and holding... g
