Friday 10 Jan 2014 i got declined at the Fournos bakery in Hyde park, after my last sms on 7 Jan 2014 @12:58 confirmed i had R612.74 available. I logged onto my internet banking and to my shock my acc was over R1000 in the minus. I transferred funds from my savings acc and then called Standard bank customer care. The fool i dealt with was of NO assistance. I asked him to remove what i believe is an overdraft. I also asked how i could stop this from happening again"get an overdraft" was his daft reply to me. Monday 13 Jan i went into the Randburg branch dealt with Victor, who gave me a long story about FNB and ABSA having issues and this is why my acc went into arrears. I queried why i am held liable for honouring fees, he couldnt answer. He said i wont get paid that fee back. He promised his manager would call me back. No call back to date. Today 20 Jan i went back into the branch where NO ONE could assist me. I have had to transfer funds 3 times. No sms's received, no card declined.??? No one understands whats happening??? REALLY??? I want to apply for a home loan-who will help me now that my credit rating has been affected, after i worked so hard to keep my record clean???
