Unfair transfer of funds

I have been to a branch, emailed several times and phoned several times to get this issue resolved. NO one responds to anything. I had to call again today to find out if anyone is going to help. And the response I received today from the Complaint Resolution Centre is just they are NOT going to refund my money, with no explanation.
I have been unemployed for months and Oct I started working again, the first thing I did on 25 Oct when I received my first salary was to transfer money to my cheque overdraft acc. Later that day the bank just send back the money and then on 1 Nov just took R2000 from my savings account and transferred it to this overdraft account. The banks says they took the R2000 because I didn't make an arrangement. I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT BECAUSE MY CHEQUE ACC IS STILL ACTIVE ON MY INTERNET BANKING and I MADE A PAYMENT ON THE DAY I RECEIVED MY SALARY TO SHOW THAT I AM PAYING THE OVERDRAFT OFF - I even made the "reference - monthly payment so that Standard Bank can see I"m trying to pay the overdraft off!!
So they just conveniently transfered the R500 back I paid over on 25 Oct and took R2000 from my account claiming I did't make an arrangement.
