LOAN DECLINED BECAUSE SOMEONE FELT LIKE IT

On Saturday the 11th of January 2014 we visited the Wonderpark African Bank Branch. The lady who helped us was very friendly helpful and professional. We've submitted our documents. On Monday we received a call that they will need a letter from a dr stating that my husband is deaf and that I can speak on his behalf. Which we got and sent to them. Then they had an issue with the UIF and requested a letter from my husband's employer. They've sent it through. This was already Wednesday when they realised they need this. On Thursday we were told that the loan has been declined, after we had to go back for a second time as well because they did the contract wrong. We got a higher offer, and it was declined. I was told that the person who had to authorise it had a bad day and just decided to decline it. We were told to come back on Sat 18 Jan 2014 to submit it again then it will be approved. Is this how African Bank treat their clients? We had previoius loans with them, which were paid in full. Just because this person had a bad day, they ruined someones live to just decline a loan because they felt like doing so. We really want to go to the ONBUDS Man for this!!! Very unhappy!!!
