ABSA OVERCHARGES ON SILVER CHEQUE VALUE BUNDLES

Absa has been charging me for my debit orders on my account calling this cash deposit fee and CBP Capitalisation, charging me internet banking fees and so on on a value bundle where they claim that ail this is "UNLIMITED". I was at their branch today, the consultant failed to explain why I was being charged for these things. another thing is that I applied for an overdraft on the 23rd of April, the overdraft still had not reflected on the 24th of April. I asked for my overdraft to be cancelled as it did not reflect on the time that I wanted it. They cancelled the over daft but still charged me a credit assurance fee! I asked the consultant why, she could not explain. I want all my money back. I wanted to apply for a loan and credit card because I need them urgently but instead I was turned back home to get a proof of residence. Absa has stinking service!
